Learn How To Die To Learn How To Live

Morrie once said “Once you learn how to die you learn how to live.” Maddy thinks it’s a really good quote because it’s really making a statement about knowing more before you can move on in life. Tyler thinks that it’s a saying you can live by and it can keeps you in check of what you do and how you manage your life. Alexa thinks that he’s kind of saying that you should be prepared for dying and to face reality. On page 90 Morrie was talking about family and Maddy was wondering if Morrie knew that he had a deadline. Maddy now realized he still knew because Mitch said “But then I didn't want to remind him of his dwindling time.” After discussing we have decided that Morrie will pass away on a Tuesday and that Morrie is going to be losing a lot of his senses that he needs to live. Morrie is already losing senses and we think that Mitch still wants to be there for Morrie in his time of need.
